The 30-minute event was divided into two sections. It began with a general presentation outlining ShakeAM objectives and the possibilities offered by its ecosystem. This was followed by breakout sessions, where two groups—each limited to six participants from industry and educational backgrounds—delved deeper into specific topics. Discussions included sphere management and the seamless integration of the Agora and ShakeAM platforms into a cohesive digital ecosystem. The timing of the event, held after the official conclusion of the ShakeAM project, allowed it to showcase the newly launched EIT Manufacturing Academy platform (formerly Skills.move), which debuted at the end of October. Participants had the opportunity to explore ShakeAM courses on this updated platform, illustrating EIT Manufacturing’s commitment to disseminating and exploiting ShakeAM results beyond the project’s lifespan. By bringing together stakeholders from diverse sectors, this event demonstrated the enduring value of ShakeAM outputs and their potential to drive innovation and collaboration in additive manufacturing education and industry.
