Promoted via LinkedIn and local campus outreach, the event gathered 21 engaged participants who contributed to discussions on the project’s outcomes and methodologies. The seminar featured presentations by UBRUN's Eujin Pei and Sanjay Kumar, along with IST’s Ines Pires, who outlined the project’s objectives and results. Adrian Bablok from EIT Manufacturing also provided a live demonstration of the ShakeAM learning ecosystem, highlighting the SkillsMove and Agora platforms.

Key topics covered included an introduction to the ShakeAM project, best practices in DfAM education, and inclusive guidelines for reaching SEND and general higher education students. Participants showed enthusiasm for applying these insights to real-world scenarios and leveraging the ShakeAM ecosystem for their own training programs.

Feedback collected at the event reflected high satisfaction, with participants appreciating the depth of content and the practical applications presented. Suggestions for future events included shorter durations and access to slides post-event, which the ShakeAM team will consider enhancing future engagement efforts.
